We would like to inform that on Sunday 11th September Polish Thyroid Association Silesian Branch is organizing
a Bike Trip to Ojców.
Terms of registration - If you wish to join us, please send your personal data:
- name, surname
- identity card number (for insurance)
- home address
to Emilia Wilk (ewilk@io.gliwice.pl) until Friday, September 9th 2011. After that you should receive confirmation.
Number of participants is limited to 18 persons, reservation will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis.
In case there are places left the registration is available also at the registration desk on Saturday 10th September 2011 from 8.00 till 14.00.
