GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION – 35th ETA Meeting
SIZE OF POSTERS
120 cm high; 90 cm wide (Your poster must not exceed these dimensions!)
POSTER LAYOUT
All posters have to be in English.
Place the title of your abstract prominently at the top of the poster to allow viewers to identify your poster. Indicate:
- the abstract’s presentation number
- title
- author(s) names
The poster should be easily readable from a distance of about 1m. A carefully considered layout attracts interest and facilitates understanding of the authors’ findings and their significance.
MOUNTING & DISMOUNTING POSTERS
Mounting material will be available on site. Staff will assist you in locating your poster wall and setting up your poster.
Posters should be mounted on the day of poster discussion session :
- PO1 – PO115. Sunday 11 from 8.30a.m. to 6 p.m.
- PO116 – PO211. Monday 12 from 8.30 a.m. to Monday 4 p.m.
- PO212 – PO309. Tuesday 13 from 8.30a.m. to 6 p.m.
Please note that all posters which are not removed will have to be destroyed.
POSTER COMPUTER WORKSTATION DISPLAY
In order to enable ETA participants access to all posters during the whole meeting, all posters will also be displayed on computer workstations. All authors are invited to send their poster in pdf format (email: poster@eta2011.com).
The deadline for electronic poster submission is September the 8th.
